1. About the Institute 

The institute provides academic coaching and preparatory programs for competitive examinations including EAMCET, NEET, IIT-JEE, and BITSAT. Services include classroom programs, online classes, test series, study materials, mentoring, and doubt-clearing sessions. 

2. Admission & Enrollment

Admission is granted based on eligibility criteria defined by the institute. Students must provide accurate personal and academic details at the time of registration. Enrollment is confirmed only after fee payment and submission of required documents. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons. 

3. Fee Structure & Payment 

Policy Course fees must be paid as per the communicated schedule. Fees once paid are nontransferable. Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services. Installment plans must be adhered to strictly. 

4. Refund & Cancellation 

Policy Registration fees are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the specified timeline. Approved refunds will be processed after deducting administrative charges. No refund will be provided after commencement of batch unless stated otherwise. 

5. Attendance & Discipline 

Regular attendance is mandatory. Students must maintain discipline within premises and online sessions. Misconduct, malpractice, or indiscipline may result in suspension or termination without refund. 

6. Study Materials & Intellectual 

Property All study materials, test papers, and digital content are the intellectual property of the institute. Students are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing materials without written permission. 

7. Online Learning Policy 

Students are responsible for maintaining proper internet connectivity and devices. Login credentials must not be shared. Access to recorded sessions may be limited to the enrolled duration. 

8. Performance & Results 

Disclaimer The institute provides academic guidance; however, success depends on individual effort and performance. The institute does not guarantee rank, selection, or admission in any institution. 

9. Code of Conduct 

Students must respect faculty, staff, and peers, follow examination rules, and comply with institute policies at all times. 

10. Limitation of Liability 

The institute shall not be liable for technical issues beyond its control or changes in examination patterns by authorities. 

11. Privacy Policy 

Personal data collected during registration will be used only for academic and administrative purposes and will not be shared without consent except where required by law. 

12. Amendments 

The institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms. 

13. Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
